Did Over 90 Witnesses Really See A “Third Shooter?”
Massive amounts of testimony that supposedly supports the possibility of a “third shooter” at Columbine has been circulating the internet for many years. Due to this it is widely believed that more than 90 eyewitnesses actually identified a “third shooter” and the Jefferson County Police Department has simply chosen to ignore it.
With so many pieces of quoted testimony there is no doubt that this theory deserves a close look. After all, if there really is evidence that points to a third shooter it definitely deserves to be addressed.
We dove into this theory expecting to find at least some witnesses who saw a third shooter, but as we went down the list of witnesses and read their actual testimony – it became clear that the widely circulated quotes were carefully cherry-picked and even edited to reflect the support of a third shooter.
We’re not saying that there wasn’t a third shooter at Columbine. We’re simply saying that the testimony used to support the third shooter theory that is circulating the internet has been shamelessly manipulated and fabricated.
So now we have to ask… where did these quotes come from? Who gathered this information and labeled it “research?” Is the testimony accurately quoted? Is the testimony in context? Well, the short answer is no – not at all. The testimony circulating the internet regarding the “proof” of a “third shooter” at Columbine is blatantly false and manipulated.
The origin for this manipulated testimony is a man who goes by the online handle “Starviego” and “Starvosan” on discussion forums such as CRTF, Super Columbine Massacre RPG and Stormfront.
The truth is that only (x) witnesses provided testimony that can be considered to have identified a shooter that was neither Eric nor Dylan.
We acknowledge possibility that a third person may have been involved in the very beginning due to the testimony of (insert names here) but we do not support the possibility of a bonafide third shooter. The reason for this is that there is no direct evidence to indicate an actual third shooter.

| Chris Therrien | 1202-1208 | INVALID | He told Bijen Monty that he identified Klebold. Bijen told him she thought it was Robert Perry. Suddenly in Therrien’s second interview, he changed his mind and told investigators the suspect he saw from 15 yards away (45 feet) had terrible acne – something he never mentioned before. |
| Chris Wisher | 1261 | INVALID | Wisher only ever saw 2 suspects. First he saw two suspects in black trench coats. After some time had passed, he saw two suspects again: one in a trench coat and one in a white t-shirt. He identified the person in the white t-shirt as Harris. He could not identify the suspect in the trench coat. We know Eric was wearing a white t-shirt under his coat, and he took his coat off outside where Wisher saw him. |
